Anna (she/her) joins Ashoka Canada as Network Engagement Manager.  Before joining Ashoka Canada, Anna worked for the University of Oxford’s Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, where she led Map the System, a global competition that encourages students to develop a systems-thinking approach to address complex social, cultural, and environmental challenges. Previously, Anna supported the creation of non-credit, co-curricular, and credit-based programs for students and practitioners in social innovation, systems leadership, and the economics of social change through her work at Mount Royal University’s Institute of Community Prosperity. During her time at the Institute, Anna was also deeply involved in Mount Royal University’s Ashoka U Changemaker Campus designation process.

Anna is a Board Member of Calgary Can and co-founder of Fresh Routes, a social enterprise that creates dignified and innovative ways of providing healthy and affordable food into neighbourhoods facing barriers. Anna has a degree in Social Innovation from Mount Royal University and extensive training in systems thinking and systems mapping facilitation. An avid skier, and dog mom, she is honoured to make her home in Mohkinstsis, Calgary.
