Valeria Barrios

Being part of a team that works daily with Changemakers is for me the best way to contribute to the great social work supported by Ashoka Canada.

Valeria values working with people and for people.  In her role, she seeks to provide the necessary and timely support to the team, contributing to the development of the organization’s strategies.  

She holds a degree in International Business Management and is currently pursuing a Marketing Corporate Account Management postgraduate certificate at Centennial College, her hometown Barranquilla, is known as the golden gate of Colombia and she currently lives in downtown Toronto.

She is very attracted to learning about the cultures of the world by meeting new people, learning languages other than her own and she also enjoys music and all its forms of expression. She speaks Spanish, English and French.
