Mais beaucoup constatent que cela ne produit pas l&rsquo;impact escompt\u00e9 &#8211; et dans les pires sc\u00e9narios, cela devient juste une charge suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les employ\u00e9s.<\/h3>\n<p>Cela est souvent d\u00fb au fait que les politiques ESG sont per\u00e7ues comme un ajout \u00e0 une organisation existante, sans changer les comp\u00e9tences, les mentalit\u00e9s et les comportements sous-jacents et de longue date au sein de ces organisations.
